Thanks for sharing this. For years I have experienced what I call the &quot;cerulean blue&quot; when I meditate. I didn&#039;t realize its significance until recently. This morning when I sat quietly there was a point of light (rather a blob of light!) and a circle of light around it. It was nothing dramatic--I don&#039;t give these perceptions much thought. Then the words &quot;Star of Bethlehem&quot; came to my awareness. After my sitting period, it came to me to google &quot;the mystic inner star of Bethlehem&quot; and your blog was the first I opened. When you quoted Yogananda it clicked for me, since I am familiar with his teaching. 

Thanks! Sometimes we experience things and don&#039;t realize their significance for a long time afterward!
