Thanks for sharing this. For years I have experienced what I call the “cerulean blue” when I meditate. I didn’t realize its significance until recently. This morning when I sat quietly there was a point of light (rather a blob of light!) and a circle of light around it. It was nothing dramatic–I don’t give these perceptions much thought. Then the words “Star of Bethlehem” came to my awareness. After my sitting period, it came to me to google “the mystic inner star of Bethlehem” and your blog was the first I opened. When you quoted Yogananda it clicked for me, since I am familiar with his teaching.
